There is ZERO car and truck traffic around our property as we are accessible by water only. It's a 5 minute boat ride from our Private Parking Lot at the Indian Narrows Dock VIA our no-charge pontoon water taxi. The water is a great natural barrier to the less desirable activities ( and people ) of modern day life, so it really is, absolutely peaceful and quiet here, especially the evening hours.

Of course, when you wish to access your vehicle for day trips or sight-seeing, we provide daily water taxi service back to our Private Parking Lot.
